Followed By

Check if the user is followed by certain accounts

FarRank by Airstack

Check if the user's Airstack FarRank is high enough.

Example: if you enter 100, the rule will check that the user's FarRank is 1 to 100.
Unless of the following rules are met, then reject the user from /moxiemaxi.
