Check if the user has the Icebreaker QBuilder credential

Icebreaker: Has Verified Work Domain

Check if the user has the Icebreaker Verified credential for a work domain

Icebreaker: Has Credential

Check if the user has a specific Icebreaker credential

The name of the credential
Unless of the following rules are met, then reject the user from /professionals.
